Tel Aviv City Hall
The refurbishment project of Tel Aviv’s Town Hall included renovations of all 12 floors, new aluminum facades, new safety systems (sprinklers, emergency lighting and PA system), central HVAC system for 3 floors, replacement of 6 old elevators and installation of 2 new ones, new Emergency Operations Rooms (civil and military), new GRC façade elements on the south elevation.
The works were conducted while the building was occupied.
