New residential neighborhood consists infrastructure and 2,550 apartments in attached housing, high rise, commercial centers, conservatory, site development. The project was built in 13 years and MEC managed the project all the way from start to completion.
A residential neighborhood comprising 2,550 residential units, including high-rise buildings, terraced apartments, town houses, as well as a commercial center and public buildings. The project also included the development of landscaping and infrastructures such as roads, sidewalks, drainage, sewage, water, lighting, and communication lines etc.
