Expansion of the Knesset
The project of expansion of the KNESSET (Israel’s Parliament) was designed and built in a DBOT agreement between the Knesset and Shafir Company. MEC was the project construction manager for Shafir Ltd, including design management and coordination, management of RFP with subcontractors and suppliers, negotiations and quality control, representing Shafir in all areas vis a vis the Knesset management, budget control, scheduling and changes management, punch list and final delivery for occupancy.
