Brown Beach Hotel
Brown Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv was a project to turn a 21 apartments building to a 40 rooms and suites hotel, including SPA, kitchen and dining room. The works included the new division of the apartments, adding bathrooms, changes in public areas, HVAC and safety systems, and replacing parts of the mechanical works and aluminum works of the building.
